Bond-It Pro-Mate LMA Glazing Silicone is a low modulus, silicone sealant. Ideal for exterior and interior applications where the joint movement does not exceed 20%
Bond-It Pro-Mate is suitable for sealing around doors and windows and for general building maintenance.
It is ideal for use on:
– Glass to glass
– Aluminium to glass
– Glass
– Ceramics
– Most common building materials.
Before application, ensure all substrates are clean and free from grease or any contaminants that could prevent the product from achieving required adhesion.
Apply using a standard-sized sealant gun. Cut the tip from the cartridge with a sharp Stanley blade, making sure not to damage the thread. Cut the nozzle at an angle and fix to the cartridge. Using the gun, apply the sealant to the joint, making sure to achieve the required depth for the joint size. This ensures the sealant will perform at it’s best once cured. Tool off using a spatula or a piece of smooth wood dampened with a soapy water solution.
Not suitable for use on un-primed metals, types of cement or concrete. In areas subject to fungal or mould growth Bond It, MULTI-MATE silicone should be applied. Joints in which water generates pressure through the substrates on the sealant bond require remedial work before application.

Bond-it WP70 Neutral Cure Oxime Silicone is a one-component, professional-grade neutral oxime curing sealing compound.
Bond-it WP70 is a high quality, neutral cure silicone for perimeter sealing of internal and external door and window frames. Rapid curing with excellent adhesion properties and a higher gloss finish.
– Permanently elastic
– Weatherproof
– Non-fading
– Suitable for alkaline and metal surfaces
– Low odour
– Safe to use
– Contains additional uPVC adhesion promoters.
For sealing of wood, aluminium and PVCu door and window frames and for weather sealing and flexible jointing of infill panels.
Ensure all surfaces are dry and free from grease or any contaminants that may hinder adhesion. For best results on movement joints, Bond It EXPANDING FOAM is recommended as a backing material, or a suitable backing tape or rod.
All surfaces must be dry and dust and grease-free. Porous materials should be primed for optimum adhesion. Cut the tip of the cartridge, screw-on nozzle and cut at an angle of 45o. Apply at temperatures between +5o C and +45o C using a standard sealant gun. Tool the sealant using the appropriately shaped tooling aid – DO NOT USE A WETTED FINGER.
Not suitable for use with aquaria. Not suitable for use on bitumen or asphalt. Substrates like marble, sandstone and similar porous surfaces can show a discolouration around the sealant edges. Not suitable for bedding double glazed windows.

Bond-It ZM10 Zero Meko Silicone is a specially developed sealant that gives off no solvents or corrosive vapours while curing. ZM10 cures quickly under all conditions when exposed to air.
Bond-It ZM10 is suitable for glazing, curtain walling, metal cladding, weather sealing and bonding of high movement joints. Its unique formulation gives exceptional tooling properties and durability. It is also suitable for sanitary applications including baths, showers, sinks and vanity units, etc. Accelerated ageing tests indicate a life expectancy of more than 25 years.
It is ideal for use on:
– Glass
– Ceramics
– All metals
– Metal cladding
– Concrete
– Painted and unpainted timber
– Brick
– Plastics, including PVCu
– All painted surfaces
Apply using a standard sized sealant gun. Cut the nozzle at 45° angle, using a sharpe blade. Cut nozzle to an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. To acheive a technically superior joint, use a polyethene foam backing rod, that is pushed into the joint before sealing. This will also minimuise how much sealant is used.
Porous surfaces should be primed first. Do not use on substrates where water can penetrate through porous materials. Furthermore, this product is not suitable for use on natural stone where colour bleed may occur, use Bond It “The One” Silicone for these applications.

CM SFS Stain Free Silicone is a moisture-cured one-component neutral silicone sealant used mainly for building and glazing joints. With it moisture cure allowing it to cure at room temperature, producing a flexible seal. CM SFS Stain Free Silicone adheres to most common building surfaces without the need for primer. Fully cured movement capability of -/+50%.
CM SFS is designed for jointing or bonding in building and glazing applications such as:
Please see the attached datasheet for more information on CM SFS Stain Free Silicone.
CM Stonesil is an elastic single-component silicone sealant for indoor and outdoor use, with up to 50% movement tolerance.
The minimum joint size suggested is 5mm x 5mm for internal use and external use 10mm x 8 mm (width x depth). Maximum recommend width of the joint is 30mm x 30mm, but the joint depth should be roughly half the joint width for the ideal seal.
After applying the sealant, it can be smoothed in the joint with water or with a neutral, non-staining water-based smoothing agent and a suitable tool (e.g., Bond-It Applicator Kit). Smoothing the sealant isn’t just recommended for aesthetic reasons, but it will assist in the bonding of the sealant to the substrate.
The One-Stop Product for all Sealing and Bonding
CT1 is a construction adhesive that will never shrink or crack and can be structured and painted with any type of paint. Unlike other sealants, CT1 can be applied onto wet surfaces, making it ideal for use underwater in marine projects.
Due to its ability to work with water, it is also the ideal product to seal baths and shower trays, windows, doors, roofing and guttering. CT1 Sealant and Adhesive is extremely versatile and is often used across multiple different projects by tradespeople. Available in a range of colours, simply select from the drop-down menu: Clear, Black, Brown, Grey, White, Silver, Oak and Beige. For a wide range of internal sealant colours please refer to Mapesil AC.
As an adhesive, CT1 will create a formidable bond between any substrate, for instance, metals, glass, mirror, fibreglass, plastics, and stone, concrete, the list is endless. CT1 is often the first port of call for a tradesperson looking for a reliable construction adhesive. Above all, the adhesive to use for a multitude of applications is CT1, creating a permanent bond that will resist extreme loads, pressure and tensile strain.

Dowsil 781 Acetoxy Silicone Sealant is a one-part, silicone sealant which has good adhesion to a range of non-porous surfaces including glass, aluminium, painted surfaces and composite boards. It offers excellent resistance to ageing, shrinkage, cracking and discolouring. It is also approved in certain countries for use in contact with potable water once cured.
These values are not intended for use in preparing specifications. Please contact your local Dow Corning sales office or your Global Dowsil Connection before writing specifications on this product
Ensure that surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, sound and free from frost, release agents, old sealants and other contaminants which could impair adhesion. All surfaces should be cleaned by wiping with a suitable solvent such as DOWSIL R40 Universal Cleaner on a clean oil- and lint-free cloth before application of sealant.
Note: When using any solvent, always provide adequate ventilation. Avoid heat, sparks and open flames. Use solvent resistant gloves. Observe and follow all precautions listed on solvent container label.
Areas adjacent to the joints should be masked with tape to prevent contamination of the substrates and to ensure a neat sealant line. Masking tape should be removed immediately after tooling.
All joint surfaces other than glass and glazed ceramics should be primed. Furthermore, for specific advice, please refer to the DOWSIL ® Primers’ Guide or contact one of Dowsil’s Regional Service Centre for technical assistance.
