Fosroc Colpor 200PF
Fosroc Colpor 200PF is a two-part polyurethane sealant designed for joints in concrete paved areas. The capability of accommodating cyclic movements is retained by Colpor 200 throughout extremes of temperature conditions. Fosroc Colpor is resistant to oil and hydraulic fluid spillage, something which could be detrimental to other external flooring sealants.
It will not harden in cold weather nor become excessively soft or pick up in hot condition, making it ideal for use in a range of environments and climates. Furthermore, Colpor 200PF has high durability and long service life which reduces maintenance costs.
For the horizontal sealing and maintenance of joints in concrete roads, runways and hard standings. The excellent fuel resistance of Colpor 200 makes it particularly suitable for sealing areas where fuel and oil spillage might occur, such as:

Drain the curing agent into the large base tin. Always use a handheld, slow speed drill (400 to 500 rpm) fitted with a Fosroc paddle blade stirrer. Mix for approximately one minute, stop the mixer and scrape around the top of the tin to remove any remaining curing agent. Continue mixing for a further 3- 4 minutes until the material is mixed thoroughly.
When mixed, the sealant may be loaded into a 600ml barrel gun after removing the nozzle and cap then pulling back the plunger rod. Apply the material directly into the joint, making sure the top of the sealant is recessed below the concrete edge & not level.

FOSROC Galvafroid Thinners Cleaner is formulated to provide galvanic protection on steel & iron. Galvafroid can be used as a self-finishing or as a durable, rust-inhibiting primer beneath selected topcoats. It is advised to be used for the protection of agricultural and construction plant and machinery, structural steelwork, railings, gates, iron pipework and guttering, and the rust prevention of in-situ welding work.

All ferrous surfaces need to be clean and free from oil, grease, existing coatings & rust. This is best by either grit blasting or thorough wire brushing. Where required, Galvafroid Thinners can be used to increase durability or to enhance the appearance of steel or iron finishes.

FOSROC MS2 is a two-part priming system used in conjunction with Fosroc Nitoseal sealant range. It is required for use in joints alongside Nitoseal that are set to be intermittently or permanently immersed in water, or where the substrate is likely to be saturated (for example, externally).
FOSROC MS2 Nitoseal primer is formulated for priming prior to application of the sealant
Empty the entire contents of the hardener tin into the base tin, replace the base tin cap. Mix by shaking thoroughly for 2 minutes. Prime the joint face using a dry, clean brush. Avoid over-application of the primer & avoid causing puddles in the bottom of the joint. The sealant should be applied between 30 minutes & 4 hours after the primer has been applied. If the area is not sealed within this time frame, the primer residue will need to be removed by either grit blasting or grinding, before the primer can be reapplied. The mixed Primer MS2 solution must be applied within one working day. Do not use part packs.

Nitoseal MS600 is a one part medium modulus sealant based on hybrid silyl modified polyether technology. It has a fast rate of cure and forms a tough, highly durable and water resistant elastomer. Conforms to the Water supply Regulations 2000 & 2001 Regulations 31(4b) for products having a small surface area in contact with water for public supply.
Joint surfaces must be clean & dry. Remove all dirt & loose materials and any foreign matter. Remove all rust, scale and protective lacquers from metal surfaces.
Removal can be achieved by rigorous wire brushing or grit blasting.
Joints in concrete should preferably be sawn. After sawing, all saw slurry must be flushed away and the joint allowed to dry. When resealing, the existing sealant should be removed from the joint and cleaned back to sound clean concrete. Any expansion joint filler must be checked to ensure it is tightly packed and no gaps or voids exist.
The use of a bond breaker is not required in expansion joints containing cellular polyethylene joint filler such as Hydrocell XL or Expandafoam. For construction or contraction joints a bond breaker tape or back-up strip should be used. Where a particularly neat finish is required, mask the face edges of the joint before sealing and remove immediately after tooling.
Fosroc Primer MS2 is required for joints that are to be intermittently or permanently immersed or where the substrate is likely to saturated. When using a primer, empty the entire contents of the
hardener tin into the base tin and replace the base tin lid. Mix thoroughly by shaking for at least 2 minutes. Prime the joint face using a clean, dry brush. Nitoseal MS600 should be applied between 30 minutes and 2 hours after priming. If a joint is left unsealed for more than 2 hours, the primer should be removed by grit blasting or grinding and the joint re-primed.

FOSROC Nitoseal PU800 is primarily for sealing internal joints subject to abrasion & heavy loading, or where chemical resistance is needed. Can be used in warehouses and distribution centres. It is, particularly useful forklift trucks are in use. FOSROC Nitoseal PU800 can also be used where joints would be subject to shoes with high heels, shopping malls, podiums etc. It is abke to be used in prisons as an anti-pick sealant for sealing internal partitions, cell doors and windows, fittings and furniture.

FOSROC Nitoseal PU800 is a two-component gun grade elastomeric sealant for joints with limited movements. After mixing, the resultant mix will cure to provide an exceptionally robust seal, while retaining a degree of some flexibility. PU800 can abrasion can withstand spillage of oils, fuels, vegetable oils & mineral acids.
Joint surfaces shall be dry, clean and free from contamination. Any voids or gaps at the base of the sealing slot should be filled, and a suitable bond breaker should be pushed into construction and contraction joint slots. Where a particularly neat finish is required mask edges of joint before priming (if needed) and application.
Where surface shall be subject to submersion or permanently damp, joints should be primed using Fosroc Primer MS2. Decant the entire contents of primer curing agent into the primer base tin and replace the lid. Mix thoroughly by shaking tin for about 2 minutes. Apply the primer using a clean, dry paintbrush. Nitoseal PU800 should be applied between 30 minutes and 4 hours after priming.

The joint surfaces must be dry, clean and free of frost. Remove any dust by rigorous wire brushing, grinding or grit blasting. Also, all rust, scale and protective lacquers must be removed from metal surfaces. Also, any expansion joint filler must be checked to ensure it is tightly packed, and no gaps or voids exist at the base of the sealing slot before positioning a bond breaker.
Note: The use of a bond breaker is not required in expansion joints containing Hydrocell XL or Expandafoam cellular polyethylene expansion joint fillers.
Priming should be achieved by applying one thin coat, using a clean, dry brush, ensuring complete coverage, then applying sealant once the primer is tack-free. If left for 3 hours, the surfaces must be reprimed before applying the sealant. Iron and steel must be protected with an anti-corrosion primer before sealing.
Mix thoroughly using a slow speed drill fitted with a mixing paddle for at least 5 minutes. Thoroughly mixing all contents, including material right at the bottom of the tin. Immediately after mixing, load the sealant into a barrel Gun using the Follower Plate, and apply to the joint.

FOSROC Thioflex 600 Gun Grade is a multi-component, gun grade, polysulfide sealant. FOSROC Thioflex 600 Gun Grade is ideal for general application. FOSROC Thioflex 600 Gun Grade comes in a tin containing the base and curing agent in the correct proportions. Thioflex 600 is particularly recommended for use in high-rise buildings as well as also being suitable for sealing joints in brickwork, retaining walls, basements and subways.
