      Fire Cement - This buff-coloured, ready-to-use cement has a thick, paste-like consistency and is made from a blend of high-quality clays and selected fillers. Once exposed to heat and air, it sets rock hard and is resistant to high temperatures, withstanding up to 1250°C when cured. It is ideal for use in fitting continuous burning fires, jointing iron flue pipes, building and repairing firebacks, mending cracked bricks in grates and stoves, and pointing between metals and bricks. However, it is water-soluble and should not be used outdoors or in areas exposed to water erosion. &
