AlphaChem Brick & Patio Cleaner is a fast and effective cleaner for removing oil, grease, moss and lichen from concrete paths, tarmac drives, patio, and block paved areas. Its fast‐acting formulation gives immediate and effective results.
APPLICATION
– Remove significant accumulations of algae and moss with a stiff brush.
– Brick & Patio Cleaner is supplied ready to use and does not require diluting.
– Apply using a low pressure spray or watering can with a rose attachment.
– Scrub the surface with a stiff brush and leave for 15 minutes.
– Wash off any residue thoroughly with water whilst brushing, ensure goggles are worn at all times.
Important – Due to ageing and natural weathering, surfaces may not return to a newly laid appearance. Stains caused by oil and grease may not be completely removed. Although the algae and mould will be killed immediately, it may not be completely removed. Any residue can be brushed off 7 days after application.
COVERAGE
Approximately 3 – 4m² per litre depending upon the porosity of the surface to be cleaned.
LIMITATIONS
– Caution – Surfaces may become slippery during cleaning, and suitable footwear should be worn. Protect adjacent surfaces. If contamination occurs, wash affected areas thoroughly with water.
– A test patch is recommended prior to use on new paving as discolouration may occur. Contains dilute hydrochloric acid.
– This product is not recommended for use on Indian Stone paving.
– As the manufacturer cannot know all the uses its products may be put to, it is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability of use.
