Bond It Glass Mate Mirror Adhesive 310ml

Bond It Glass Mate Mirror Adhesive is suitable for internal bonding of mirrors, glazed surfaces, ceramics, enamel, metals, PVCu, polycarbonate and treated or untreated wood, to most common substrates.

APPLICATION 

For glass with a thickness of 2-4mm, apply 10mm beads at 100mm intervals vertically to the back of the mirror. Place the mirror in the desired position and apply even pressure. Provide a temporary support while the adhesive cures. The mirror edges can also be sealed with GLASS-MATE if required. For glass with a thicknesses of 6mm and above, mirrors greater than 1m2, or mirrors on ceilings or sloping walls, mechanical fixings must also be used.

LIMITATIONS 

This product should not be used in the manufacturing of structural glazing. 

• Not suitable for aquarium assembly, jointing in swimming pools or other submerged applications. 
• Not recommended for use in food grade applications. 
• Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers. 
• Do not use in the manufacturing of structural glazing. 
• Mirrors made with 6mm glass or thicker, need mechanical fixings.
• Mirrors on sloping walls or ceilings, must also have mechanical fixings. 
• Mirrors greater than 1m2, must also have mechanical fixings. 
• Do not use on safety mirrors.
