Cromar Alpha Chem Water Seal Solvent Free

Alpha Chem Water Seal SF is suitable for water repellence with non‐staining and stain blocking features.

APPLICATION

– All surfaces must be dry and sound and free from any oil, grease, treatment debris and algae.
– Shake well before use, ready to use product, no need to dilute.
– New concrete must be left 4 ‐ 6 weeks before treatment.
– Do not apply if rain is likely within 3‐4 hours of application.
– Can be applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer.
– Apply to a small test area before full scale application, if in doubt, and leave for 24 hours.
– Apply one or two coats dependent on the desired effect.
– Allow 2‐3 hours between coats.
– Clean equipment with special thinners after use.
