Flexcolor is the perfect product for grouting joints in all types of tiles and mosaics on both interior and exterior floors and walls.
Flexcolor is an acrylic resin-based grouting mortar that is dispersed in water, including a mineral filler and admixtures.
it is a ready-to-use and easy to apply paste.
It sets through the evaporation of its water content and then becomes flexible with a high bond strength. This bond is resistant to vibration and the deformation of building materials. These characteristics make it highly suitable for exterior façades and substrates (e.g. panels for exhibition stands).
Flexcolor can be used to grout joints that are from 2mm – 10mm in width.
It is easy to apply, remove and clean from tile surfaces. It has a uniform colour once dry, and is resistant to water and the formation of mould.
Bioblock technology in this product consists of special organic molecules which are distributed uniformly in the micro-structure of the tile joint. This helps to block the formation of micro-organisms at the root that cause alterations due to mould.
DropEffect technology makes the tile joints water repellent as well as reducing the absorption of surface water.

Joints must be clean and dust free. Fill the joints with Flexcolor using a trowel or rubber float. Do not leave any gaps or steps. Remove excess product from the surface before it dries by moving the trowel/float across all joints.
10-15 minutes after application, depending on the surrounding temperature and only once a surface skin has started to form, remove any excess product using a damp ScotchBrite pad. Rinse the pad frequently, using two different containers. One to remove the excess mix, and the other to rinse the sponge.
Final cleaning of the surface can then be completed by using a slightly damp, hard cellulose sponge.
• Not for use on exterior floors.
• Not for use on joints which are continuously immersed in water (swimming pools, fountains, etc.).
• Do not use to grout joints in natural stone.
