- Delivery is available to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
- Please note: Rainbow Custom holds a lead time of at least 2 weeks. Rainbow Custom is made to order, and once ordered CANNOT be refunded or returned.
Processing Times
- All items are processed within 48 hours.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (unless otherwise agreed).
- Next-day delivery is available on selected items only, for orders placed before 12:00 pm.
- Should you require further information regarding your order, please submit a ticket through our Order Support section. Please note that our team may not be able to assist by phone. All tickets are responded to within 24/48 hours

Planning Ahead for Your Job
We aim to deliver your product on time and in perfect condition. To avoid disruptions, we recommend not scheduling installation work until a few days after the expected delivery date, in case you have technical questions or need additional items to complete the job.
Shipping Costs
- Standard delivery charges are calculated by weight, except for the destinations listed below.
- Orders over 30 kg will be sent in multiple packages.
- Free delivery on orders over £500 excludes these destinations and remains subject to our existing product exclusions.**
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and islands postcodes listed below costs £14.99 per order, including VAT where applicable. This charge also applies to orders over £500.
Covered postcodes: all BT, IM, JE and GY postcodes; AB36–38, AB55–56, FK17–21, HS1–9, IV1–56 and IV63, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–49 and PA60–80, PH19–26, PH30–44 and PH49–50, ZE1–3.
Trade Customers
- The same delivery charges and exclusions apply to trade customers.
- Orders below this value are subject to a standard delivery charge.

Order Tracking
- Orders are sent via DHL or DPD, with tracking information provided after dispatch.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date.
Proof of Delivery
The following will serve as proof of delivery:
- Recipient’s signature (including HHT signature or GPS-stamped image).
- Neighbour’s or site operative’s signature (including HHT signature or GPS-stamped image) if delivered to them.
- Safe place confirmation — photo evidence or a drop card if the parcel is left in a safe place.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, courier disruptions, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Notes:* Some orders may take slightly longer than usual. Sealant Supplies LTD is a distributor and has no control over manufacturers’ lead times or back orders. We will work with our manufacturers to keep you informed about your order status.
**Some larger pallet orders will not receive free shipping over £500.00.
