Returns

Standard returns:

  • You have 28 working days to return goods.

  • Items must be in a resalable state, with original packaging, box, and accessories.

  • You must include your order number.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 days once the return is processed.

Faulty or missing parts:

  • Report within 14 calendar days.

  • Full refund or replacement will be offered.

  • Refund will include delivery charge (but not the original shipping cost for correctly supplied goods).

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 days once approved.

Restocking fees:

  • Products ordered in error: up to 20% restocking fee.

  • Specialist/made-to-order products (e.g. Rainbow range): up to 40% restocking fee or non-returnable.

  • Sale and clearance items: non-returnable.

  • If you need additional assistance with your return, please submit a ticket through the Order Support section at the bottom of our website. Be sure to title your ticket ‘RETURN’.”

Special Orders & Trade Accounts

Special orders (one-off or not on trade price list): handled case by case.

Trade accounts:

  • Non-stock items: charged at company’s discretion.

  • Stock items: 10% restocking fee (if in resalable condition).

RAL colour orders: bespoke and non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before shipping:

  • No penalty unless “If you place an order for an item with a product listing that specifies a longer delivery timeframe than the standard 3–5 day DHL service, you may not be eligible for a refund once your order has been processed by our warehouse. In some cases, a restocking fee may also apply”

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 days.
