Bond It Trowel Mastic can be applied to most common roofing surfaces including mastic asphalt, roofing felt, corrugated iron, cast iron, fibre/cement, slates, lead, copper, zinc, concrete and timber. Fibre reinforced making it ideal for filling cracks and holes and cures to give a strong and flexible compound.
Storage Life
Minimum of 5 years from date of manufacture under good storage conditions in original unopened containers. Store under cover away from sources of heat and ignition. Keep containers sealed when not in use.

MapeWall GPR is a general purpose render for internal and external use. A grey powder basecoat render for masonry and blockwork, composed of cement, selected aggregates and special synthetic resins, which when mixed with water provides a render that is easy to apply on suitably prepared masonry substrates. This product can be applied by hand or with a rendering spray machine.
Mapetherm Net is great for reinforcing renders as a secondary layer. On top of this you can then add the Silancolor Render System.

Bond It Bitumen Paint is a bituminous black paint for the waterproofing and weather protecting of steelwork and concrete. Used for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete roofing, felt, fibre cement, corrugated iron, asphalt and wood, against water. Surfaces to be painted must be completely dry and clear of loose material and any corroded areas primed prior to application.

Cromar Exterior Water Seal is a clear, high performance, waterproof treatment for exterior porous surfaces such as brickwork, asbestos and cement. Its water repellent formula makes it ideal for exterior surfaces.
Coverage will depend on the porosity of the substrate. Guideline coverage is 2-4m²/litre/coat.
