Bond-It HA6 RVT Marine Silicone is marine quality, automotive silicone sealant. It is unaffected by saltwater immersion and extreme temperature. This product is non-slumping in paste form.
It is ideal for use on:
– Anodised aluminium
– Primed metals and timber
– Many plastics
Ensure all surfaces are dry and free from grease, oil or any other contaminants that may hinder adhesion.
Apply Bond-It HA6 using a standard sealant gun. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle with a sharp blade, making sure not to damage the thread. The nozzle should be cut to an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. For sealing and bedding apply in the usual fashion and tool to a smooth finish one or two minutes after gunning. As an adhesive, bring the two surfaces together before skinning commences and do not stress the joint before the silicone has developed strength. Clean away any excess with white spirit.
When using in aquarium assembly, please refer to separate sheet for instructions which can be downloaded from our website.

Steri-Grout is a specially formulated, polymer modified cement based floor and wall tile grout. Recommended for sanitary installations ie. kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and shower rooms. Containing a strong fungicide it will also inhibit black spot mould growth.
STERI-GROUT is suitable for use in areas of limited movement/ vibration, so ideal for use over timber ply-boards and heated subfloors. Recommended for sanitary installations, i.e. kitchens, bathrooms, power showers, toilets and shower rooms. This grout has excellent adhesion characteristics to porcelain and fully vitrified tiles, has low permeability and reduced dirt pick up. Containing a strong fungicide, it will also inhibit black spot mould growth. Can be used in interior and exterior locations.
Check that all the tiles are securely fixed and that the tile adhesive has thoroughly dried before applying any load or pressure to the tiled surface. Allow adhesive to set sufficiently before applying grout. Ensure joints are clean, dry and free from dust and obstructions. Use only in joints from 1mm-20mm wide. It is recommended that current best practice, e.g. current TTA or COP guidelines, are always followed.
STERI-GROUT powder should be added to clean water. Mix the powder with clean water (approx. 750ml: 3Kg bag) to a thick, creamy paste by either hand or slow speed mixing drill and paddle. When mixing by hand, allow the mixed grout to stand for a few minutes, then remix to ensure an even consistency. Do not mix more than can be used in a 30-60 minute period. Part used grout should never be “freshened up” by adding more water. Discard any grout once it appears to lose workability.
Using a grouting tool, sponge or squeegee, work the mixed grout thoroughly into dry tile joints ensuring the joints are completely filled. Remove excess grout from the face of tiles with a damp sponge or cloth. Use a suitable tool to compact the grout into joints. After initial hardening of the grout, clean the tile surface using a clean, dampened sponge working diagonally across the grout lines. Once the grout is set, polish the tiles with a soft cloth. Protect from damp for 24 hours after grouting. Clean tools after use with warm water. Mechanical means may be necessary when product has set.
Open time of the exposed adhesive bed is approx. 20 minutes, depending on conditions. Pot life approx 30-60 minutes @ 20o C.
Final set will occur between 12-24 hours. Cement based products will take longer to harden and set at lower temperatures and should not be used below 5o C. Lightfoot traffic: after 12 hours; Full traffic: after 24-48 hours (dependant on site conditions).
Slight colour variation may occur between batches. Colour variation will occur under different mixing and/or site conditions. Any cement film should be removed as soon as possible with an acid based cleaner. Always pre-wet joints when using an acid based cleaner. When grouting textured and slip-resistant tiles, ensure grout residue is thoroughly cleaned off before it has set. Please note: Certain tiles may suffer from discolouration or scratching when using grouts. We would recommend that a test application be carried out prior to grouting. Our grouts go through stringent checks to ensure quality and colour. However, we suggest a trial area to ensure colour is consistent and as expected due to the use of raw materials.

Dow Corning 895 is a neutral curing silicone sealant designed for structural bonding of metal, glass and other building materials. DC 895 can also be used for adhesive applications. The neutral cure cures at room temperature, via exposure to water vapour.
Ensure that all areas for application are thoroughly cleaned, removing all elements of dirt and oil/liquids. Ensure that all areas are cleaned with the correct cleaning equipment, i.e. metal, glass, or other surfaces should be cleaned with the recommended cleaning products.
DC 895 is a structural glazing sealant and should be applied at the factory stage of manufacture, allowing the ideal time to seal for best performance. Site application should only be carried out for remedial work, or when the glazing design does not allow otherwise.
– Up to 2000 hours of exposure to UV radiation in hot water immersion.
– 5000 load cycles in tension.
– Resistance to extreme temperatures, SO£ and salt spray and cleaning agent
– 4000 hours exposure to ultraviolet radiation under-maintained extension at 12.5%.

Apply board immediately to surface and tamp down. Provide temporary support until cured. Use as an adhesive for bonding to studding: Apply a continuous bead to studding and apply board immediately into position. Do not apply more than one board’s width of studding at one time. Provide temporary support until cured.
– Should not be used against bituminous materials.
– Humid or damp conditions will significantly extend the cure time.
– Do not attempt to abrade when cured.
– Can not be overpainted until the product has fully cured. This will typically be 24 hours but maybe 4-5 days in damp, cold or humid conditions.

Everbuild – Gator Glue is the adhesive with real bite. Once this product is applied, it penetrates and expands slightly on the cure. “Sinking its teeth” into both substrates to form a virtually indestructible bond, therefore setting hard in about 30 minutes and Sticking to wet surfaces.
Gator Glue gives exceptionally high bond strength and may be used internally or externally for trade, household or hobby use.
Fast setting, initial set in 30 minutes fully cured 24 hours with an exceptional bond strength to wood and most common building surfaces. Internal and external use – excellent weathering and ageing properties. Products foam slightly on application to fill small gaps and increase overall bond strength and have excellent chemical resistance.
General wood joining and construction, for instance, bonds to wood, metal, stone, Concrete, ceramics etc. Similarly with furniture manufacture, Boatbuilding, and as a high-quality insulation adhesive for foam glass wool fibre boarding.
At least one of the surfaces to be bonded must be porous. Not suitable for polyethene, polypropylene, Teflon or Nylon. Surfaces may be damp, but the moisture content of wood must not exceed 30%w/w. As the product expands slightly on curing, do not use on sheet laminate.
The surfaces that can be glued should be clean and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. At least one of the materials must be porous. Roughen non-porous surfaces to give a key for the adhesive. To assist cure and achieve maximum bond strength, slightly moisten one surface with a damp cloth. Do not over wet.
Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dust and grease free. One of the surfaces must be porous. Roughen non-porous surfaces (e.g. plastics) to give a key for the adhesive. Remove the cap and cut the tip of the nozzle.
1. DAMPEN Slightly moisten one surface with a damp cloth or water mist spray. Do not over wet.
2. FIX Apply adhesive evenly to another surface.
3. CLAMP Assemble parts IMMEDIATELY and clamp/weigh down for 30 mins before handling. After this time the joint may be easily handled. Final bond strength will be achieved after 24 hours.
Replace cap on nozzle immediately after use.
NOTE: The product foams slightly on application to fill small gaps. Any excess foam/adhesive or tools must be removed/cleaned with acetone before the product sets. Cured adhesive may be removed with Everbuild Foam Eater
