Processing Times
- In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours via DHL Standard Delivery.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (unless otherwise agreed).
- Next-day delivery is available on selected items only, for orders placed before 12:00 pm.
- Should you require further information regarding your order, please submit a ticket through our Contact Us section. Please note that our team may not be able to assist by phone. All tickets are responded to within 24/48 hours
Delivery Times
- Please allow 3–5 working days. Please note, bank holidays are not considered normal working days. *
- Non-stock items may take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
- If your item is on back order with the manufacturer, we will notify you and place your order on hold.
- AM/PM delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery is available to the UK Mainland & Northern Ireland only. We reserve the right to cancel any non-mainland orders.
Planning Ahead for Your Job
We aim to deliver your product on time and in perfect condition. To avoid disruptions, we recommend not scheduling installation work until a few days after the expected delivery date, in case you have technical questions or need additional items to complete the job.
Shipping Costs
- All shipping prices are calculated by weight.
- Orders over 30 kg will be sent in multiple packages.
- Customers receive FREE delivery on orders over £500.00.
Trade Customers
- Trade customers receive FREE delivery on orders over £500.00.
- Orders below this value are subject to a standard delivery charge.
- For large-quantity orders, please contact our team for a quote and express lead time at sales@sealantsupplies.co.uk.
Order Tracking
- All shipments are tracked and sent via DHL.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date.
Proof of Delivery
The following will serve as proof of delivery:
- Recipient’s signature (including HHT signature or GPS-stamped image).
- Neighbour’s or site operative’s signature (including HHT signature or GPS-stamped image) if delivered to them.
- Safe place confirmation — photo evidence or a drop card if the parcel is left in a safe place.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, courier disruptions, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Notes:* Some orders may take slightly longer than usual. Sealant Supplies LTD is a distributor and has no control over manufacturers’ lead times or back orders. We will work with our manufacturers to keep you informed about your order status.
