Ultraplan Maxi 3230 is a grey powder composed of rapid-setting and hydrating special cements, selected graded silica sand, resins, and additives developed by MAPEI's Research and Development Laboratories. When mixed with water, it forms a highly fluid and easily workable mortar that boasts excellent self-levelling properties, strong adhesion to substrates, and ultra-rapid drying times.
