For use with an Everbuild® Professional Foam Gun; once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after only one hour.

The foam expands on application 1.5 – 2 times the original size and meets all the requirements of DIN 4102 Part 1 & BS476 Part 20 for Construction Materials. Everbuild Firefoam B2 is fire-rated up to 2 hours in specific joint configurations. Once cured, the foam can be sawn or plastered over after only an hour providing the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5oC to +25oC, ideally 20oC.

    USES

    Application

    – Shake the canister vigorously at 20 times. Remove the protective cap & screw the gun onto the canister.

    – Underfill joints to allow for post-application expansion of the foam. Fill to approximately 80-90% of the joint depth
    – Applying a light spray of clean water between each layer before application
    – When filling deep joints, apply in layers & wait for each layer to skin and partially cure before applying the next.

    Cleaning

    Remove excess foam immediately with illbruck AA290 PU Cleaner or acetone. Ensure any surface requiring cleaning is solvent resistant before proceeding. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
