It is suitable for both interior and exterior use, and can even be applied to damp surfaces. This product stabilizes poor surfaces, seals and binds chalky or weathered areas, and provides a solid base for further decoration. It is quick-drying and works well on a variety of substrates, including concrete, cement, plaster, plasterboard, renders, pebble dash, and MDF. However, it should not be applied when temperatures are below 5°C or if rain or frost is imminent
