VATEVERBUILD FEB 708 Febflor Universal is a cement-based compound designed to level uneven floors and screeds before laying ceramic tiles, thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring, or carpet. It can be mixed with either water or Everbuild® 709 Febflor Latex Plus to create a free-flowing, self-levelling topping. Once mixed as directed, it sets in 2 hours and can be overlaid after 8 hours at normal temperatures.
