It is suitable for use over a wide range of substrates including concrete, cement/sand screeds, and suitably prepared existing floors, offering excellent adhesion and flexibility. The product can be applied from feather edge up to several millimetres in a single application and is walkable in a short time, making it ideal for fast-track projects and refurbishment work. However, its use is limited to internal environments and it is not suitable for areas subject to constant moisture, external exposure, or movement without appropriate preparation and priming. Additionally, proper substrate preparation is essential, as contaminated, weak, or unstable surfaces can compromise performance.
