EVERBUILDĀ® LumberjackĀ® Wood Preserver is a low-odour, fast-drying wood treatment formulated with Micro-Fine Active technology for deep penetration and long-lasting protection against wet rot, dry rot, fungi, and decay. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, the non-flammable formula can also be applied to damp timber without reducing performance, while coloured variants provide a durable fade-resistant finish.

Suitable for:
– Interior and exterior rough-sawn or planed timber
– Ideal for floorboards, joists, roof timbers, window frames, and doors
– Can be overpainted, varnished, or stained after drying (allow up to 48 hours at 20 °C)
– May be left as a natural wood finish indoors; exterior use requires overcoating
– Everbuild Shed & Fence Mate is recommended for exterior finishing
– Product appears milky in the container but dries clear
LIMITATIONS
– Ready to use ā do not dilute
– Always use coarse mist spray equipment rather than fine mist generators
– Do not apply to surfaces used for food preparation
– Users are responsible for determining product suitability; contact Technical Services if unsure
– Ensure good ventilation during and after application until fully dry
– Observe HSE statutory 1-hour re-entry time or until surfaces are dry
– Drying times may increase in cold or poorly ventilated conditions
– Avoid contact with skin and eyes; clean spills immediately with warm soapy water
– Leave floorboards or joists exposed where possible to improve ventilation
– Switch off electrical circuits before treatment and for 48 hours afterwards
– Wipe excess product from electrical cables where possible
– Read the latest Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use for safe handling and disposal guidance
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
– Ensure surfaces are clean and free from paint, varnish, stain, grease, bark, or contaminants
– Surfaces may be damp before treatment
– Remove and replace any decayed timber before application
APPLICATION
1. Shake well before use
2. Apply by brush, spray, or dipping
3. Apply a minimum of two coats when brushing or spraying
4. Apply the second coat after approximately 1 hour at 20 °C
5. Thoroughly soak end grains for maximum protection
6. For best results, dip timber end grains for at least 3 minutes
CLEANING OF TOOLS
– Clean all tools and equipment with water before the product dries
