Everbuild Anti-Pick 109 is a hybrid one part sealant, using both silicone and polyurethane creating a chemically curing solvent free sealant. Anti Pick 109 formula provides a degree of resistance to picking, in comparison to traditional sealants. Making Anit-Pick it ideal for several specialist applications and general application.

Everbuild Everflex Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant is a four hour rated, one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent acoustic sealant that gives a firm yet flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures. Fire Mate is suitably designed for joints, it swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 125°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations.

Everbuild Fireseal 300 is a one-part, acrylic-based, intumescent sealant that gives a firm yet flexible seal. The product will resist fire passages for up to 5 hours. The selected fillers used in this formulation also make it suitable for use as an acoustic sealant. Alternative fire product from Everbuild is the Fire Seal 400 - slightly less fire-resistant time but silicone-based over the acrylic 300, making it slightly easier to apply.

Dowsil 895 is a neutral curing silicone sealant designed for structural bonding of metal, glass and other building materials. DC 895 can also be used for adhesive applications. The neutral cure cures at room temperature, via exposure to water vapour.
