Sika Everbuild Stixall is a solvent-free hybrid of silicone and polyurethane technologies combined to create a high strength sealant adhesive. Stixall was designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other.

Stixall can be used for sealing and bonding in a wide range of areas; the following are just some examples:
– As a grab adhesive for things like nail replacement, even on damp surfaces.
– For pointing around perimeters such as doors and windows.
– Adhering mirrors to most common surfaces.
– Automotive gap filling and sealing, especially in mobile structures.
– Marine gap filling and sealing, ideal for boats.
– Jointing cladding panels.
– Stixall can be used for durable sealing and bonding of joints.
– As a standard sealant.
APPLICATION
All surfaces must be dust free and clean prior to application. Surfaces may be damp, but have no standing water. For plastics, light abrasion is recommended to deliver the best adhesion. Can be used under water for emergency repair.
LIMITATIONS
Use on overhead applications
▪ Always use in conjunction with mechanical fixing.
▪ Use in conjunction with mechanical fixings for glass block fitting or large mirrors (>0.5 m2 total area).
▪ For heavy items, provide temporary support until adhesive has cured.
▪ Do not seal mirror edges/plastic sheeting until adhesive has cured.
▪ In areas of high UV, some darkening/discolouration may occur. This will not affect the performance of the product.
▪ Overpaintable. Check compatibility with specific paint before over painting large areas.
▪ Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticizers.
▪ Not for use as part of a glazing system. Not for use in aquarium manufacture. Use EVERBUILD® AQUA MATE®.
▪ Not for use in conjunction with bitumen, or asphalt. Use EVERBUILD® WEATHER MATE®.
▪ Yellowing can occur in predominantly dark conditions.
▪ Certified as a sealant for internal use only.
