FF197 is a modified, single-component, fire-rated polyurethane foam designed for sealing door frames, window frames, and linear gaps in fire-rated areas of buildings. It delivers high fire resistance, achieving FD60 performance in accordance with BS EN 1634-1 for fire doors and up to four hours of protection for linear gaps tested to BS EN 1366-4, whether coated or uncoated. The foam performs effectively without architraves, even when used with plastic packers, and accommodates gaps up to 35 mm.
