PC300 UNICLEAN is suitable for all metals including aluminium; no neutralisation required.
Application
Filling the system: For open systems, dose via the filling and expansion tank. Ensure adequate draining from a low point so the product enters the system. For closed systems, dose via the filling loop or a partially drained radiator. If the system is empty, the product can be added at any suitable point before filling.
Cleaning: Circulate the system containing the cleaner for at least one hour. Running the boiler on low to warm the water will aid the process. Drain the system at all drain points, then flush until the water runs clear. When refilling, add PC100 or PC200 INHIBITOR.
Dosage: PC300 should be added at 1% of the system volume for maximum performance. This is sufficient for a system with a 14.5 kW boiler (50,000 Btu/hr). Larger systems will require proportionally more cleaner. Overdosing will not harm the system.
Note: If a thermal storage appliance is fitted, account for the extra primary water volume. The concentration can be checked using a conductivity meter.
Limitations
Do not add PC300 to PRIMATIC systems.
