Everbuild Everflex Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant is a four hour rated, one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent acoustic sealant that gives a firm yet flexible seal to joints in a variety of fire rated structures. Fire Mate is suitably designed for joints, it swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 125°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations.

Soudal Firecryl FR is a fire-rated acrylic sealant and filler, offering a fire rating of up to 4 hours. It intumesces at temperatures exceeding 120°C, effectively preventing the passage of smoke and fire through joints and gaps. It is also paintable.

ARBO XL1075 is a high-quality general purpose intumescent sealant with acoustic properties. Tested in joints up to 50 mm wide and 4 hours fire resistance.
A one-part acoustic, fire-resistant, water-based acrylic sealant. When subject to flame, it will intumesce, blocking the passage of fire and smoke.
ARBO XL1075 has good adhesion to a wide variety of common construction substrates without the need for a primer.
