Cem-Quik – A cement-based patch repair product that is easy to apply and sets hard in approximately 30 minutes. Suitable for internal and external repairs on most masonry substrates, it works even in cold and wet conditions. CE approved, it is ideal for filling gaps and cracks, jointing and sealing earthenware pipes and drains, patching steps and windowsills, and setting WC’s, sinks, railings, and posts. Simply add water, mix to a smooth mortar, and apply with a trowel or filling knife. Can be applied up to a thickness of 25mm.

Cem-Quik is suitable for internal and external masonry repairs, including gap and crack filling, jointing and sealing earthenware pipes and drains, patching steps and windowsills, and setting or bedding WC’s, sinks, railings, and posts.
Preparation
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or dirt. Remove any loose or friable material before starting work.
Mixing
In a clean mixing container, combine approximately 3 parts CEM-QUIK with 1 part water. Mix immediately to achieve a smooth, thick, and lump-free paste.
Application
Thoroughly wet the surface before applying CEM-QUIK to enhance adhesion. Use a trowel or filling knife to apply the mortar to the repair area. The mixture remains workable for 5–10 minutes—only mix what can be used within this time. Once the mortar starts to stiffen, discard it; do not add extra water to extend usability. In warm conditions, cover the repair with polythene to aid curing. CEM-QUIK can be applied in layers up to 25mm thick.
Cleaning
Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
