The foil pack applicator is designed for use with foil packs or sausages, and its enclosed aluminum barrel can also accommodate standard cartridges. It features a fully enclosed design, a thumb trigger pressure release, and an easy front-loading system with a quick screw mechanism. Built with sturdy aluminum construction, it offers a 25:1 thrust ratio for efficient application.

To use the applicator, first withdraw the rod from the barrel by pushing the trigger/rod release plate forward while pulling on the rod. Cut the nozzle diagonally to the desired hole size. Unscrew the black end cap from the gun and insert the nozzle. Cut the end of the sausage, insert it into the gun with the open end at the top, and screw the black end cap into place. Pull the trigger to push material out of the sausage. Once the sausage is empty, withdraw the rod as before, unscrew the end cap, and remove the empty skin. Replace it with a fresh sausage and continue. For use with a standard mastic cartridge, remove the barrel, unscrew the nut on the end of the rod to remove the pusher plate. Unscrew the piston pusher from the other end of the rod, swap the two, tighten the securing nuts, and reassemble the barrel.
