Everbuild Tecnic Hybriflex SMP is a solvent-free sealant, combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. In other words, specially designed as a multi-purpose floor, and wall grade for all concrete saw cuts and cladding.

– Yellowing can occur in predominantly dark conditions. However, this will not affect the performance of the products.
– In areas of high UV, some darkening may occur. However, this does not affect product performance.
