Soudal Alu-Zinc Spray is a premium zinc spray with a high zinc content of 98%. Exhibits galvanizing properties to safeguard zinc as well as untreated iron and steel from corrosion. Its cathodic action ensures cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Provides a glossy finish. Available in a 400ml aerosol can.

APPLICATION
Surface Specifications:
- Types of Surfaces:
- Suitable for application on metals, metal, and damaged surfaces.
- Surface Condition:
- Surfaces should be rigid, thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from dust and grease.
- Surface Preparation:
- Remove any rust from the surface.
- Adhesion Testing:
- It is advisable to conduct a preliminary adhesion test on all surfaces.
Application Procedure:
- How to Apply:
- Ensure the surface is dry and free from grease, remove any loose paint and rust. Shake the canister well before use. Apply in dry weather and on dry ground. Maintain an approximate distance of 20 cm from the object while spraying. Always apply the zinc spray in two layers with a minimum interval of 2 hours between each layer. Repainting can be done after 24 hours using a finishing coat. Thoroughly shake the canister before applying each layer.
LIMITATIONS
Post-Usage Cleaning:
- After usage, invert the aerosol and spray for approximately 3 seconds until only the propellant is expelled. This action prevents any zinc residues from blocking the valve.
