Data Sheets
Soudal Fix ALL Turbo is a super-fast curing adhesive that provides exceptional final bond strength, based on advanced SMX Polymer Technology. It rapidly builds strength within 20 minutes, with the final bond strength achieved in just 3 hours. This high-quality, neutral, elastic, one-component adhesive-sealant is suitable for all types of bonding applications, including on wet or humid non-porous surfaces. It is ideal for a wide range of substrates, offers good extrudability, and remains permanently elastic after curing. Fix ALL Turbo is also paintable with water-based systems and is resistant to weather and UV, without staining porous surfaces like marble or granite.
Key Points
- Super-fast curing adhesive with rapid strength build-up in 20 minutes, achieving final strength in 3 hours.
- Ideal for bonding on wet or humid non-porous surfaces and a variety of common substrates.
- Permanently elastic after curing, with good adhesion and weather/UV resistance.
- Paintable with water-based systems and non-staining on porous surfaces like marble and granite.
Shelf Life: 15 months when stored in unopened packaging, in a cool, dry place, and at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.

Fix All Turbo is ideal for bonding applications in the building and metal industries, offering elastic bonding for objects, panels, profiles, and other materials on common substrates. It is widely used for sealing and bonding in the construction and building sectors.
APPLICATION
Apply the adhesive using a caulking gun, dispensing uniform strips or dots (every 15 cm) on one substrate. Ensure that an adhesive dot or strip is placed along the corners and edges of panels. Do not apply the adhesive in a continuous circle, but rather in an interrupted pattern. After bonding the substrates, tamp them with a rubber hammer. If needed, support the bonded materials. For bonding on absorbent and porous substrates with a thin adhesive layer, the adhesive will be hand-tight after approximately 20 minutes and can be loaded after about 3 hours. Thicker layers or non-absorbent substrates will require a longer curing time.
Cleaning: Clean immediately after use with Soudal Surface Cleaner or Soudal Swipex. Once cured, Fix ALL Turbo can only be removed mechanically.
Finishing: Use a soapy solution or Soudal Finishing Solution before the adhesive skins over.
Repair: Use the same material for repairs.
LIMITATIONS
- Fix ALL Turbo is paintable with most common paints. Due to the wide variety of lacquers and paints, a compatibility test is always recommended.
- The drying time of alkyd resin-based paints may increase.
- Fix ALL Turbo cannot be used as a glazing sealant.
- Not suitable for bonding aquariums.
- Do not use in applications where continuous water immersion is possible.
- Not suitable for sanitary applications.
- Fix ALL Turbo can be used for bonding natural stone, but it cannot be used as a joint sealant on this type of surface.
- When applying, ensure that the surface of the materials is not smudged with sealant.
- Avoid contact with bitumen, tar, or other plasticizer-releasing materials such as EPDM, neoprene, and butyl, as it can cause discoloration and loss of adhesion.
- When using different reactive joint sealants, the first sealant must be completely hardened before applying the next.
- Fix ALL Turbo has good UV resistance but can discolor under extreme conditions or prolonged UV exposure.
- Discoloration due to chemicals, high temperatures, or UV radiation may occur. A change in color does not affect the product’s technical properties.
