Fix ALL TurboTack – Key Information & Application Guide
Hybrid polymer bonding adhesive
Fix ALL TurboTack has been developed for heavy duty bonding applications that need to set quickly. Fix ALL TurboTack combines exceptional high initial grab (200 kg/m²) with speed (hand-tight after 30 minutes).
Surface Preparation
- Porous surfaces: Use Primer 150 for strong adhesion in damp or water-prone areas.
- Non-porous surfaces: Clean with Soudal Surface Activator or Cleaner (refer to TDS).
- Plastics: Remove any release agents or protective films before bonding. Pre-treatment with Surface Activator is recommended.
Compatible Substrates
Fix ALL TurboTack bonds well with:
- Lacquered wood, stainless steel, galvanized steel, PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, PMMA (e.g. Plexiglass®), polystyrene, epoxy, and polyester.
Not suitable for: PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®), bitumen, copper, bronze, or brass.
Note: Stress-loaded plastic bonding may cause cracking – test compatibility first.
Application Instructions
- Apply in beads/dabs every 15 cm with a caulking gun.
- Leave gaps to allow air escape.
- Press surfaces together, use a rubber mallet if needed.
- Support materials until set.
Curing Times:
- Hand-tight: ~30 mins (porous surfaces)
- Loadable: ~3 hours
- Full cure: 24–48 hours
Cleaning & Finishing
- Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Cleaner before curing.
- Finish with Soudal Finishing Solution.
- Repair using the same adhesive.
Safety & Storage
- Use in well-ventilated areas. Refer to product label & SDS.
- Shelf life: 12 months (unopened, 5°C–25°C).
- Maintain 1 mm minimum bond thickness for best performance.
- Classified as dangerous – follow all safety precautions.
