Soudal Incoat ML Aerosol is a cavity protection coating designed to prevent rust formation, formulated with pure wax and specialised moisture-resistant additives. It provides excellent penetration, strong water-repellent performance, and forms a durable, flexible waxy film after drying. The coating remains permanently elastic, offers self-healing properties when exposed to heat, and is designed to stay in place without dripping.

Suitable for:
– Protecting vehicle cavities against rust and corrosion.
– General-purpose rust protection applications.
– Protecting machines, machine components, tools, and metal equipment from corrosion.
– Protecting hollow vehicle body areas such as chassis beams, doors, door jambs, trunks, hoods, wheel arches, and other rust-prone areas.
Substrates
– Ensure the surface is rigid, clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants.
– Remove all rust before application.
– Suitable for use on metal substrates.
– A preliminary compatibility test is recommended on all surfaces before application.
Application Method
– Ensure the vehicle underbody or substrate is completely dry, clean, and free from grease.
– Mask or cover any areas that should not be treated.
– Shake the aerosol can thoroughly before use.
– Apply the product evenly as required.
– Allow each coat to dry completely before applying additional layers.
Cleaning Method
– Clean uncured product with White Spirit.
– Cured product can only be removed mechanically
