SOUDAFIX P300-SF is a two-component anchoring resin designed for the pressure-free fixing of threaded rods (M8–M24), studs, reinforcing bars, threaded collars, and profiles in a wide range of solid and hollow substrates. It is suitable for uncracked concrete, aerated concrete, solid and hollow brick, porous concrete, natural stone, and plasterboard walls. The resin is easy to apply using a standard caulking gun, cures quickly, and is styrene-free for low odour use. It performs reliably in wet boreholes, allows overhead application, and provides a watertight, impermeable fixing. The cartridge is reusable by simply changing the static mixer and is ETA approved for use in both concrete and masonry applications.

Ideal for anchoring of threaded rods in masonry (18 brick types) and uncracked concrete (ETA approval option 7). Suitable for installation in hollow and solid masonry: aerated and lightweight concrete, clay, calcium silicate bricks as well as natural stone and plasterboard walls.
Application
Application method: Two-component gun.
Application temperature: -5°C to +39°C.
Clean
Before cure: Remove excess product and clean with white spirit or acetone.
After cure: Allow the product to fully cure, then remove mechanically using a hammer and chisel.
Repair
Repairs can be carried out using the same material.
Safety Recommendations
Follow standard industrial hygiene practices.
Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Refer to the product label for further safety information.
Remarks
Porous substrates such as natural stone may stain. A compatibility test is recommended before full application.
Instructions for Use
– Drill the hole to the recommended depth.
– Thoroughly clean the hole using a brush and air pump.
– Attach the static mixer to the cartridge.
– Dispense the first 10 cm of material onto cardboard until an even dark grey colour is achieved.
– For solid stone: fill the hole from the bottom upwards.
– For hollow brick: insert the sleeve and fill from the bottom upwards so the resin passes through the sleeve openings.
– Insert the anchoring rod with a twisting motion.
– Check that the hole is fully filled.
– Allow to cure fully and do not move the rod during hardening.
– Let excess product cure, then remove mechanically.
– Install the component using the correct torque.
