Sika MaxMix® Concentrated Mortar Plasticiser is a highly concentrated liquid air-entraining admixture designed to improve the workability and consistency of bricklaying mortars, renders, pointing mixes, and screeds. Its advanced plasticising action produces smoother, easier-to-work mixes while reducing the amount of product required on site. The concentrated formulation means that just 1 litre provides the equivalent performance of 25 litres of standard mortar plasticiser, offering a cost-effective and convenient solution. Supplied in an easy-to-use gauged bottle, it allows accurate dosing for consistent results.

APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS
1. Measure the required dosage using the bottle cap: 2.5–5 ml per 25 kg of cement.
2. Determine the exact dosage through site trials to achieve the desired workability.
3. Add Sika MaxMix® Concentrated Mortar Plasticiser to a portion of the clean gauging water.
4. Do not add the product directly to the dry mix.
5. Stir thoroughly to ensure even dispersion.
6. Add the mixture to the sand and cement, followed by the remaining water/admixture mix until the required consistency is achieved.
7. As the product contains a plasticiser, the total water requirement will be reduced.
