Ronseal’s durable, easy wipe-clean emulsion is specially formulated to resist moisture and steam while preventing the growth of common mould on walls and ceilings for up to six years. Ideal for high-humidity areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and cellars, it provides a tough, scrubbable finish that maintains a clean and hygienic surface over time.

Suitable for interior walls and ceilings
Before you start
– Ensure the room temperature is above 10 °C and keep doors and windows open for good ventilation.
– Use dust sheets to protect surrounding areas from paint splashes.
How to Prepare Newly Plastered Walls
– Allow new plaster to dry for at least 7 days.
– Seal the plaster before applying Anti Mould Paint.
How to Prepare Previously Painted Walls
– Treat any existing mould with a mould killer; do not sand mould as this can spread spores.
– Remove any flaking paint by sanding to create a smooth surface for application.
Application
1. Stir the paint thoroughly until smooth.
2. Pour into a tray and load your brush or roller, removing excess paint.
3. Apply the first coat and allow 4 hours to dry.
4. Apply a second coat and allow to dry; apply additional coats if needed until full coverage is achieved.
5. After the final coat, wait 24 hours before allowing condensation to build up again.
Aftercare
– Do not paint over Anti Mould Paint, as this will reduce its effectiveness.
Cleaning
– The paint provides a tough, scrubbable finish that can be cleaned without damage.
– Clean brushes and rollers with warm soapy water.
