APPLICATION

  • Guarantee that all surfaces are clean, solid, dry, and devoid of dust, grease, or any other impurities.
  • Maintain an application temperature ranging from +5°C to +30°C. Wear protective gloves and goggles throughout the application process.
  • Thoroughly shake the can before use.
  • Enhance adhesion and expedite curing by moistening both the surfaces and the foam.
  • For the Hand Held version, attach the straw adapter to the valve, flip the can upside down, and activate the foam by pressing the valve.
  • For the Gun Grade version, securely attach the can to an applicator gun without overtightening. Apply the foam by inverting the can and pressing the trigger. You can control the foam output using the trigger and the adjustment screw on the rear of the gun.
  • Throughout the application, keep the can upside down.
  • Partially fill holes and voids, as the foam’s expansion will fully occupy the space.
  • To clean fresh foam, AlphaChem Foam Cleaner is suitable. Cured foam can be cleaned mechanically.
  • After use, store the can upright.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to properly dispose of all packaging materials.

LIMITATIONS

  • Storage and transportation should be in a vertical position.
  • For optimal outcomes, maintain the product at room temperature for a minimum of 12 hours before application.
  • Exposing cured foam to ultraviolet light will lead to discoloration. It’s recommended to paint or coat the cured foam for superior outdoor performance.
  • Working in colder temperatures will reduce foam yield and extend curing time.
  • The user holds the responsibility to confirm suitability for their intended purpose.
  • Prior to usage, carefully review the label for vital health and safety information. Additionally, it is advised to peruse the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before usage, as it offers supplementary health and safety details beyond what’s on the label.
