Mapetherm AR1 GG is a one component cementitious mortar for bonding, levelling and reinforcing thermal-insulating panels and thermal insulation systems. To reinforce this, apply Mapetherm Net on top of this base coat render. The Silancolor Render System can then be applied on top.

MapeWall GPR is a general purpose render for internal and external use. A grey powder basecoat render for masonry and blockwork, composed of cement, selected aggregates and special synthetic resins, which when mixed with water provides a render that is easy to apply on suitably prepared masonry substrates. This product can be applied by hand or with a rendering spray machine.
Mapetherm Net is great for reinforcing renders as a secondary layer. On top of this you can then add the Silancolor Render System.

Bond It The One is a low modulus neutral cure (LMN) silicone sealant designed to replace all other silicones. It will not react with natural stone or bleed into porous stone and also contains a powerful fungicide to prevent mould growth.

Soudaflex 36FL is a PREMIUM QUALITY polyurethane flooring sealant which is very easy to apply and remains flexible after curing. It has good adhesion on many materials, excellent resistance to many chemicals and has been developed especially for concrete flooring applications. No bubble formation within sealant as a result of high temperatures or humidity. It also contains a non-staining on natural stone and concrete formulation.

PVA Bond is a medium viscosity, polyvinyl alcohol stabilised, externally plasticised, vinyl acetate homopolymer. It has been designed specifically for use in the building industry as a multi‐purpose bonding agent, an additive for concrete and plasters and as a general-purpose adhesive.
In common with conventional PVAC bonding agents, PVA Bond can be used as a general-purpose adhesive for the building industry.

Bond It Bitumen Paint is a bituminous black paint for the waterproofing and weather protecting of steelwork and concrete. Used for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete roofing, felt, fibre cement, corrugated iron, asphalt and wood, against water. Surfaces to be painted must be completely dry and clear of loose material and any corroded areas primed prior to application.

AlphaChem Accelerator, Frostproofer & Hardener is a heat‐generating accelerator for cement-based mixes. Its principal uses are to facilitate the production of high early strength concrete, cement render and mortar. It is suitable for use as an aid to cold weather working when the heat generated will offset the retarding effect of low temperatures.
AlphaChem Accelerator, Frostproofer & Hardener is based on calcium chloride and surfactants and is therefore not suitable for use in structures that are reinforced with steel. Neither should it be used in mortar in contact with
Cromar AlphaChem Contractor PVA is a multi‐purpose bonding agent, primer sealer, cement filler and plaster admixture that adheres to most common building and D.I.Y. materials except PVC and rubber.
Contractor PVA is ideal for priming unsound surfaces before plastering or painting, as an adhesive on wood, cork, textiles and most applications where at least one surface is porous, for general dust sealing on flaking paintwork/walls etc. and as a cement admixture.

Cromar Exterior Water Seal is a clear, high performance, waterproof treatment for exterior porous surfaces such as brickwork, asbestos and cement. Its water repellent formula makes it ideal for exterior surfaces.
Coverage will depend on the porosity of the substrate. Guideline coverage is 2-4m²/litre/coat.
