Bond It All Weather Gap Joint Fill is a single component joint filling system for easy and rapid pointing of paved areas. Ready-to-use on joints over 5mm and comprised of a unique blend of polymers and aggregates that chemically bind together. On exposure to the atmosphere, it forms a stable, solid mass which once cured, is unaffected by the weather. It remains permeable and allows rainwater to pass into the watercourse, reducing puddling. It eliminates the need for sand/cement pointing!

ALL WEATHER GAP JOINT FILL is ideal for pointing paving with
joints 5mm and larger and is suitable for domestic and commercial installations. It is also compatible with most types of paving, including natural stone, terracotta, clay, concrete and cobblestones. It is ideal for use on patios, pathways and open porch ways/covered areas.
This product is not suitable for:
• Areas that stay wet for long periods and rarely dry out.
• Use over non-porous sub-bases. lengthly submersion in water may
cause softening and the product to fail.
APPLICATION
Open the pack and empty the correct amount of product to treat approximately 10m2 of paving onto a plastic sheet. Using a soft broom, work the product into the joints and compact with a jointing tool. Top up the joint with more material, then sweep off any excess sweeping at a 45 degree angle to the joint. Finish off with a jointing tool to ensure a smooth finish.
Notes:
• Failure to compact the material into the joint will reduce its strength.
• Material or residues that have been exposed for more than 30 minutes should not be reused.
• Always test the product in a small area before use.
• Do not use if temperatures are likely to fall below 10C.
• Avoid use in very hot conditions as the material may cure before being fully compacted into the joint.
