ALPHA GRIP is a high-quality, multi-purpose, fast-bonding grab adhesive that also excels at gap filling. This solvent-based adhesive is an ideal alternative to mechanical fixings for a variety of applications, both internal and external, offering excellent creep and slump resistance. Perfect for fixing skirting boards, wall battens, gripper rods, laminates, and more, ALPHA GRIP works effectively on porous and rough substrates. It adheres to a wide range of building materials, including aluminium, brick, steel, stone, concrete, wood, chipboard, plasterboard, tiles, PVCu cladding, and building panels, making it suitable for diverse interior and exterior uses.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, below 30°C, in a well-ventilated area. Follow flammable storage regulations. In the event of a spillage, remove all ignition sources, ventilate the area, and ensure people are not in confined spaces. Clean up the spill immediately using inert, absorbent materials such as sawdust or sand, and collect with non-sparking tools.

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free from dust, grease, or other contaminants before application. Use a standard sealant gun with the nozzle cut at a 45° angle, creating an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. Pierce the centre of the membrane by inserting a screwdriver into the nozzle. Apply a 6mm bead (or thicker, depending on the gap) to one surface, then press it onto the second surface, applying even pressure. Allow it to set. Any excess adhesive can be removed with white spirit. For very heavy items, temporary support or fixings are recommended during curing. Full strength is reached within 24-48 hours. It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of all packaging correctly.
