ARBOcaulk is a high-quality, one-part, water-based acrylic sealant designed for internal pointing applications. It provides strong adhesion to various common construction substrates without the need for a primer. Ideal for low-movement joints, it is recommended for sealing areas such as window and door frames, skirting boards, walls, and ceilings. However, it is not suitable for high-movement or external joints.

Joint Preparation
Ensure all joint surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contamination. Use the appropriate ARBO Cleaner to degrease surfaces before application.
Joint Backing
Where needed, insert a suitable joint filler, such as closed-cell polyethylene foam, to achieve the correct joint depth.
Application
Follow the guidelines outlined in BS 8000-16:1997 + A1:2010, the British Standard for sealing joints in buildings. ARBOcaulk is supplied in 380ml polyethylene cartridges and should be applied using an ARBO® Caulking Gun.
