BAL Level Plus Liquid is a latex additive designed to enhance the performance of BAL Level Plus Powder, forming a two-part, high-performance levelling and smoothing compound. When mixed together, the system provides excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability, making it suitable for preparing a wide range of substrates, including difficult surfaces, while delivering reliable results in demanding environments.

2-Part Mix with BAL LEVEL PLUS LIQUID is suitable for:
– Tile backer / fibre cement boards
– Mastic asphalt
– Cement:sand screeds with underfloor heating
– Glazed tiles and polished stone
– Anhydrite / calcium sulfate screeds with underfloor heating
– Timber floors overlaid with tile backer board
– Timber floors (soft floor finishes)
– Vinyl tiles and sheets
– Bitumen residues
BAL LEVEL PLUS – Used with BAL LEVEL PLUS LIQUID
1. Use a BAL mixing bucket or another clean, suitable container.
2. Pour the full contents of BAL Level Plus Liquid (4.5 litres) into the container.
3. Gradually add one full bag of BAL Level Plus Powder (20kg) to the liquid, mixing continuously until a smooth, lump-free mortar is achieved.
4. If using BAL Aggregate: add 20kg of aggregate per 20kg bag of BAL Level Plus Powder to the BAL Level Plus Liquid and mix thoroughly.
5. Allow the mixed compound to stand for 2 minutes, then re-mix for a further 30 seconds before use.
6. When using an electric drill mixer, mix at slow speed only (below 300 rpm).
Additional Information
– Ready for immediate use after mixing.
– Pot life at 20°C: approximately 25 minutes.
– Pot life and setting time may vary depending on temperature: higher temperatures will shorten working time, while lower temperatures will extend it.
