AS900 is a high-quality acrylic sealant and adhesive offering excellent adhesion to most common building materials, making it ideal for interior applications. It is perfect for sealing drywall partitioning to reduce noise transmission, filling cracks and joints with low movement, and securing skirting boards. Additionally, it is highly effective for fixing plasterboard in partition systems to minimize vibration and movement.

AS900 is designed to reduce noise transmission across voids and prevent building panels from vibrating or drumming, this product is ideal for sealing around drywall partitioning, suspended ceilings, and interior skirting boards. It effectively minimizes noise transfer through cavities and wall system edges, as well as cut-outs. Perfect for securing plasterboard in partition systems to reduce vibration and movement, it is compatible with most construction materials, including concrete, plasterboard, wood, brick, and natural or artificial stone. Additionally, it is suitable for filling cracks and joints with low movement.
Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, stable, and free from dust, oil, or any contaminants that may affect adhesion.
Application:
Bond It AS900 typically does not require a primer on most construction surfaces. Use a standard 900ml sealant gun with the nozzle cut at a 45° angle, applying to an opening slightly larger than the joint to be sealed. As a rapid-curing product, Bond It AS900 should be tooled within 5 minutes of application using a Bond Sealant Applicator Tool or a similar tool. Any excess product should be removed with a damp cloth.
