Surface Preparation Guidelines
- Ensure surfaces are firm, clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or contaminants.
- Moisten substrates with water to enhance adhesion.
- Shake the can thoroughly (at least 20 times) before use and during application to maintain ideal pressure and consistency.
- Always keep PU Foam Cleaner nearby for quick cleanup.
- Protect adjacent areas using masking materials like paper or plastic film.
Important Limitations
- Not suitable for fire-rated installations such as fire doors.
- Cured foam is UV-sensitive – must be protected with paint, sealant, or other opaque coatings.
- Does not adhere to polyethylene, Teflon®, siliconised, or waxy surfaces.
- Secure lightweight components before application to prevent misalignment due to foam expansion.
