Patioseal is a solvent-free solution designed to protect block paving, patios, and sand joints from water penetration, oil/petrol spills, grease, and dirt buildup. It enhances the color of surfaces while extending the lifespan of driveways, paths, and patios. The product offers easy cleaning, low odor, improved water and UV resistance, and helps retard mould growth. It is ready-to-use; simply shake well before application. Ensure the surface is dry before applying with a brush, roller, or squeegee, avoiding ponding. Apply a single coat, and do not use on wet surfaces or in high humidity or rainy conditions.

Patioseal protects block paving driveways, pathways, and patios from water penetration and spills of contaminants like oil and grease. It also helps prevent dirt and grime buildup, while enhancing the current color of the surfaces and significantly extending the lifespan of the driveway..
Preparation:
Before application, remove any organic growth, such as lichens, using Bond It MOULD STOP or PATIO BLASTER for best results. Wash away any debris, ensuring the surface is dry and free from oil, grease, dust, and loose material that may interfere with adhesion.
Application:
Bond It PATIO SEAL is ready to use and does not require dilution. Shake the product well before use and test on a small, inconspicuous area to check compatibility. Apply a single coat using a brush, roller, or squeegee, ensuring no pooling occurs. Allow 3-4 hours of drying time before trafficking the area. Ensure the surface is completely dry, and apply at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Over application or using it on damp surfaces may result in white discoloration.
Application Notes:
Seal paviours before applying any pointing or jointing compounds to avoid staining. Ensure the PATIO SEAL has completely cured before pointing. Allow sufficient weathering time for new paviours to prevent efflorescence. To check if resealing is necessary, perform a porosity test by sprinkling water onto an inconspicuous area—if the water beads, no further application is needed.
Limitations:
Do not apply to wet surfaces, in high humidity, or when rain is forecast. Avoid using on non-porous surfaces or over existing sealers. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until fully cured. Do not allow runoff to contaminate drains or plants. For cleaning, use warm water and detergent or Bond It MOULD STOP, avoiding acid-based cleaners and power washers.
