Bond It Lead Pro is a single-component, premium-grade sealing material utilizing advanced hybrid polymer technology, boasting a low modulus and neutral curing properties.
It’s a hybrid roofing sealant and adhesive that rapidly forms a skin and cures neutrally. This aids in reducing weather penetration, lifting of tiles, and noise. The sealant creates enduring, weather-resistant joints suitable for various roofing applications, flashing, soffits, and guttering.

Bond It Lead Pro is suitable for use on all types of roof, flashing, soffits and guttering, providing weather resistant sealing for joints and cracks.
APPLICATION
With caution, trim the top of the cartridge, being mindful not to harm the threaded portion. Attach the provided nozzle and cut at a roughly 45° angle. Utilize a standard sealant gun for application.
For adhesive purposes, dispense as beads or strips and carefully bond the surfaces, allowing proper curing.
For sealing, apply a consistent bead along the opening and allow ample time for complete curing. To achieve a smooth joint, utilize Bond It SEALANT APPLICATOR TOOL with a soapy solution. Wipe away any surplus material and promptly clean tools using WHITE SPIRIT. After usage, reseal the cartridge with the plastic cap.
