Bond It Rapid Curing Adhesive is designed to provide strong adhesion to most rubbers and plastics, including EPDM and SBR rubbers, with excellent humidity resistance. It is ideal for the assembly of rubber bush systems, timbers, and many plastics. To use, ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free, then apply the adhesive to one surface only and bring the components together immediately. Once joined, components cannot be repositioned. This adhesive offers rapid curing, excellent adhesion, and good humidity resistance.

Shelf Life: The product has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, unopened bottles.
Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed, upright container in a cool, dry, and dark environment, with temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Storing at lower temperatures can extend shelf life. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.

Bond It RGC24 SUPERGLUE is ideal for bonding synthetic rubber gaskets in glazing systems, assembling rubber bush systems, timber, and various plastics. It provides excellent adhesion to EPDM and SBR rubbers.
Preparation
Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, or any contaminants that may hinder adhesion.
Application
Apply the adhesive to one surface only and bring components together immediately. Align the parts perfectly as once joined, components cannot be repositioned. Apply light pressure without moving the joint for at least 5 seconds. Do not handle until the bonding time has passed. Best results are achieved with a relative humidity of over 50%, as cyanoacrylate polymerisation is moisture-activated. Ensure good ventilation if bonding continuously.
Bonding Times
At room temperature (+20°C/60% RH), plastics bond in 5-30 seconds.
Cleaning
Remove excess adhesive with a dry cloth. Once dried, it’s best to remove the adhesive mechanically.
Limitations
Not suitable for permanent glass bonding. Oily or greasy surfaces cannot be bonded. Olefinic or fluoropolymer materials may require specialized bonding techniques. Avoid exposure to strong light and heat sources.
