Bond It Roof & Gutter Mate is suitable for repairing and maintaining general roofing and roof drainage systems. It forms a flexible seal that remains flexible for up to 15 years with a movement allowance of 5%.

Roof & Gutter Mate is ideal for use on a range of construction substrates, such as:

– Construction grade plastics

PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free from grease or any contaminants that may hinder adhesion. Loose materials and signs of corrosion must be removed before application as they will also hinder adhesion.
APPLICATION
Apply using a standard sealant gun. Cut tip from the cartridge, be careful not to damage the screw thread. Cut the nozzle at an angle of 45° and fix to the cartridge. Using a caulking gun force the sealant
into the joint. When a deep joint is being sealed, a backing tape should be applied.
