EVERBUILD FILL ONCE is a revolutionary ready-mixed filler using Expanded Micro-Sphere Technology (EMT), designed for filling large or small holes in a single application, eliminating the need for multiple layers. It provides a smooth, fine finish that won’t shrink, requires minimal sanding, and can support nails or screws once fully dried. Ideal for repairs to plaster, wood, brick, stone, and rendering, it is lightweight, easy to apply, and dries quickly, allowing for painting or papering in just 30 minutes.

EVERBUILD FILL ONCE is ideal for filling gaps and holes in various materials, including plaster, brick, stone, wood, and render, providing a smooth and durable finish.
SUBSTRATE QUALITY / PRE-TREATMENT
Ensure that surfaces are clean, sound, and dry. Remove any loose or friable materials from the area to be filled, and prime if necessary with EVERBUILD PVA BOND diluted 1 part to 4 parts water. Stir EVERBUILD FILL ONCE® into a smooth paste using a suitable filler knife.
APPLICATION
Apply using a flexible filler knife, smoothing to create a perfect surface that won’t need sanding. For larger surface areas, a completely level finish may not always be possible, but EVERBUILD FILL ONCE® can be sanded once dry. It can fill deep holes up to 50mm in one application with no need for layering. After approximately 30 minutes of drying, the surface is ready to be papered or painted with water-based paints. When using oil-based paints, allow 12 hours to dry.
LIMITATIONS
Do not use in areas subject to continuous water immersion. If used externally, overpainting is essential. Avoid water contact within 24 hours of application. Paint absorption on the filler may differ from surrounding areas, so apply additional coats if necessary. Drying times will be extended for deeper holes, so ensure the filler has cured properly before overcoating. Allow approximately 7 days of drying before applying nails or screws. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and contact Technical Services for advice if unsure about suitability.
