EVERBUILD STICK2® Instant Bond Contact Adhesive is a premium-grade, rubber-based contact adhesive designed for both professional and DIY applications. Suitable for bonding a wide range of materials, it offers excellent adhesion to most common surfaces and delivers exceptional bond strength that outperforms conventional wood glues. Combining fast-setting performance with a long open time, it provides flexibility during application while ensuring a durable bond. Suitable for both internal and external use, the adhesive also offers excellent weathering and ageing resistance for long-lasting performance.

Suitable for
– Laminate materials.
– Bonding metals to most surfaces.
– Bonding PU foam or mineral wool panels to plasterboard.
– Bonds wood, rubber, most plastics and leather, cork, lino and rigid PVC.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
– Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and contaminants.
– Store materials in a warm environment before bonding.
– Do not use below 10°C.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
– Clean all bonding surfaces thoroughly.
– Ensure substrates are dry and free from contamination.
– Warm materials before use to prevent extended setting times and adhesion issues.
APPLICATION METHOD / TOOLS
– Apply a thin coat to both surfaces using a stiff brush or spreader.
– Allow adhesive to become touch dry (10–20 minutes) before bonding.
– Apply two coats on porous surfaces, allowing each coat to dry.
– Align surfaces carefully and bond under firm pressure.
– Roll or press laminates for maximum bond strength.
– Apply extra pressure to seams and edges.
– Avoid extreme temperature changes for 3–4 days after bonding.
– Do not carry out further fabrication until fully cured.
LIMITATIONS
– Do not use on soft (plasticised) PVC or polystyrene.
– Do not use on bitumen, asphalt, tar-leaching products, or cellulose-painted surfaces.
– Not suitable as a mirror adhesive.
– Do not expose bonded areas to direct sunlight for 3 days after application.
– Not suitable for continuous water immersion.
– Always allow adhesive on both surfaces to become touch dry before bonding.
– Avoid bonding cold materials, as moisture attraction can reduce bond strength
