Fosroc Nitoseal MS60 Grey is a premium one-component hybrid sealant designed for sealing movement and construction joints in a wide range of building and civil engineering applications. Formulated using advanced silyl modified polymer technology, it delivers outstanding flexibility, durability, and weather resistance without the need for mixing.
The sealant cures to form a tough, elastic rubber seal capable of accommodating joint movement while maintaining excellent adhesion to most common construction substrates. Its low odour, solvent-free formulation makes it ideal for both internal and external applications, including façades, cladding, precast concrete panels, expansion joints, and perimeter sealing.
