FA810 is a gun-grade clean room silicone sealant designed for hygienic environments, offering exceptional resistance to microbial growth to help prevent the build-up of bacteria and fungi. It complies with EN ISO 846 and VDI 6022 standards, has been tested to FDA CFR21§177.2600 by IANESCO, and cures to an odourless, high-performance seal that is free from harmful or restricted substances.

Preparation
– Ensure all substrate surfaces are clean, dry, dust-free, and free from grease.
– Remove grease or dust from metal surfaces or glass using AT200 cleaner.
– For sensitive substrates, such as powder-coated surfaces, use the milder AT115 cleaner.
– Good adhesion is achieved on many substrates without a primer, but follow primer recommendations where required (consult illbruck for guidance).
– Always perform preliminary testing to confirm sealant compatibility with the substrate before use.
