Sika MaxMix® Waterproofer is a highly concentrated waterproofing and air-entraining admixture for sand and cement mixes, delivering improved workability, enhanced water resistance, and long-term protection against shrinkage, cracking, and freeze/thaw damage. Sika MaxMix® Waterproofer forms extremely stable air bubbles in sand/cement mixes while its concentrated formula means 1 litre provides the equivalent performance of 25 litres of standard waterproofer.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
– Shake well before use.
– Remove the cap and measure the required dose (20–40ml per 50kg of cement) using the built-in measuring chamber.
– Add the measured amount to approximately 10 litres of water and mix thoroughly.
– Dry mix all other ingredients before adding the water/admixture solution.
– Add sufficient solution to achieve the required consistency.
– Do not add directly to dry materials.
– Replace the cap securely after use.
LIMITATIONS
– Do not exceed the recommended dosage or overmix.
– Keep the container upright during storage and transport.
– Not suitable for structural concrete applications.
– Ensure the correct mix design and materials are selected for the substrate and exposure conditions.
– External rendering applications should comply with relevant British Standards.
– Dispose of product and packaging responsibly; do not allow entry into watercourses.
– Always read the label and wear appropriate protective equipment.
– Users should determine suitability before use; contact Technical Services if unsure.
